Don’t worry if you are struggling with something we haven’t mentioned – we can help with any puppy problem. 

Some of the other things we have helped puppy owners include:

  • Eating faeces or non-food items
  • Excessive barking
  • Helping puppy get on with other dogs or pets
  • Puppy being scared (of the vet, car journeys or something else)
  • Not coming back when called
  • Jumping up, boisterousness or over excitement
  • Problems with nail clipping, grooming or handling
  • Puppy being frightened of fireworks (or other loud noises)
  • Poor appetite or always hungry
  • Difficult ‘teenage’ behaviour in your older pup (usually around 6-18 months of age)

You can ask us anything, and we are very likely to have come across your problem before. If we think that your pup may have an underlying medical problem or a more serious behaviour problem, we can also help you find the right support.

Choose your slot and use our secure payment system complete your booking.

We will send you a link to join the session and you’ll see your trainer (and most likely their own dogs!) right there on your mobile or computer screen. Chat about things you are struggling with, get advice and watch them demonstrate essential training techniques.

Meet a Puppy Advisor...​

We are qualified, friendly and experienced canine professionals, who have helped hundreds of puppies and their owners.

Each advisor has degree-level knowledge of canine behaviour, years of experience and specialist knowledge of puppies. We know what works and what doesn’t!

We are members of leading professional bodies such as the Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Clinicians and the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors and we ONLY use kind, force free methods, backed by science.

Most of all, our Puppy Advisors are friendly and approachable – they know how hard it can be to raise a pup, and are here to provide you with the support you need.
